I recently received an email from Denise Gardner, Assistant Provost and Director of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, which had information from another assessment ListServ (information is given below). I've copied the information here because you may find some of these resources helpful as you continue to develop student learning outcomes assessment in your programs.

Information Shared on ASSESS ListServ:

Assessment Commons - Most comprehensive site about higher education resources
                Main page: http://assessmentcommons.org/

Association of American Colleges & Universities (AAC&U) - Access to their VALUE rubrics very helpful to many practitioners
                Main page: https://www.aacu.org/
Link to VALUE rubric page: https://www.aacu.org/value/rubrics

National Institute for Learning Outcomes Assessment (NILOA) - Well organized site that provides reports, occasional papers, blogs, etc. from national assessment leaders. In addition NILOA features some of the best institutional assessment sites.
                Main page: http://www.learningoutcomesassessment.org/

Link to useful institutional websites: http://www.learningoutcomesassessment.org/FeaturedWebsiteCurrent.html

Special Institution

University of Hawaii at Manoa - Likely the best laid out institutional website for providing practical guidance to assessment practitioners. It deserves to be listed out separately as many folks on ASSESS singled it out.
                Main page: https://manoa.hawaii.edu/assessment/

I also enjoy reading Linda Suskie's blog: http://www.lindasuskie.com/apps/blog/ and AALHE's Emerging Dialogues in Assessment: http://www.aalhe.org/resources/emerging-dialogues-in-assessment/ . Both provide excellent commentary on current practices and policy.
