EPA Safe & Healthy Communities Assessment Tool Support Associate

The EPA Environmental Research and Business Support Program is searching for a Safe & Healthy Communities Assessment Tool Support Associate for the EPA Research Triangle Park facility in Raleigh-Durham, NC. The Associate will assist in developing, refining, and managing C-FERST (Community-Focused Exposure and Risk Screening Tool) and Tribal- FERST (Tribal-Focused Environmental Risk and Sustainability Tool). The job is expected to begin August/September 2016. 

                    Full time, $20.65/hour

                    Must have earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science or environmental science, public health, or other closely related field 

                    Candidates should have experience in computer programming , displaying/designing webpage content, and using ESRI ARC/GIS Online and Widget-building programs

                    Will perform tasks such as updating the underlying IT, GIS, and website development, developing and revising metadata, and updating website content
