Dear Students - I am offering two courses -- Geog 442 (Urban Spaces-Urban Society) and Geog 340 (Economic Geography-Core Concepts) in Fall 2016, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Both are writing intensive courses and meets global connections requirements. Please see attached flyers and consider enrolling. Both of these cover a wide variety of very interesting and contemporary topics pertaining to inequality of opportunities along various dimensions. These courses maintain a balance in introducing theories, frameworks, concepts while reading and assimilating various case studies and examples.
