EPA Information Management Associate

The EPA Environmental Research and Business Support Program is searching for an EPA Information Management Associate with the Office of Research and Development at the EPA facility in Washington, D.C. The Associate will assist the Office of Science Information Management with information management activities including implementing an open source semantic web application. The job is expected to begin July 2016.    

·         Full time, $29.28/hour

·         Must have earned a Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Management, Information Science, or Environmental Sciences

·         Must have experience in semantic web tools and standards, usability testing, multi-media technical communications, proofreading, and editing

·         Will perform tasks such as identifying new potential data sources, improving usability of application, preparing visuals and reports, organizing meetings, and facilitating outreach
