Howdy,
If you are receiving this email, you have been identified as a member of the 2017 NERAOC Coordinating Committee. Texas A&M AgriLife and Prairie View A&M University are looking forward to co-hosting NERAOC 2017 in San Antonio, TX.
The summer planning meeting will take place at the Grand Hyatt, located on the San Antonio Riverwalk,
August 15-16, 2016. To make your hotel reservation for the summer meeting please go to:
https://resweb.passkey.com/go/2016TexasAMAgriLifeResearch. The agenda will start at 8:30 am on the 15th and end at 5 pm on the 16th. Please note the hotel block allows
for reservations the night of the 14th and 16th, to accommodate travel plans. The closest airport is the San Antonio International Airport, which is approximately a 15 minute drive to/from the hotel.
