Hello GRC: I wanted to share some news about the wildfires in Alberta, which forced Dr. Danna Schock (Keyano College) and Joe Bienentreu (PhD candidate) to evacuate Ft. McMurray near sites where Danna and Joe are studying ranaviruses in wood frog populations. Danna and Joe are safe. Joe was able to capture a few images while they were evacuating - indeed, a scary site! https://www.sudbury.com/local-news/laurentian-student-escapes-wildfires-in-fort-mcmurray-292284 All the Best, Matt ______________________________________________________________ Matthew J.
