Student Organization Leaders and Advisors:
The Student Programming Allocation Committee (SPAC) is charged with allocating those funds designated for student organized programming. At various points in the year the Committee accepts program funding requests from registered student organizations. Currently we are accepting requests for student organized programs scheduled to occur between July 1, 2016 and February 28, 2017. Prior to submitting a request, a registered student organization must send a representative to one of the remaining three information sessions:
Monday, March 7: 12:15 PM
Tuesday, March 8: 8:30 AM
Monday, March 21: 7:00 PM
All information sessions are held in Hodges Library Room 253
During the sessions, the request process will be reviewed including; forms, criteria, allocation guidelines, etc. The deadline for submitting a request is Friday, April 1, 2016 at 4:30pm.
