Information International Associates (IIa), an award winning Women Owned Small Business Federal Contractor is seeking a Part Time Quality Assurance Specialist to join its Quality Assurance team in Oak Ridge, TN.   We are seeking someone interested in a 20 hour work week with flexible hours.

Summary/Objective

This position serves as internal auditor and administrative support for the IIa Quality Program.  Uses knowledge of quality standards and methodologies to assess, document, maintain, and recommend improvements for the quality of operations and services. Prepare and maintain accurate records to support the Quality program.

Essential Functions:

• Audit compliance of internal processes against standards and requirements
• Maintain documentation for quality management system
• Assist departments in establishing processes and documentation in compliance with quality program
• Support external audits
• Develop and/or review procedures, work instructions and other quality program documents

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of quality-related experience; or relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 20000 standards with some knowledge of information management or technology services
• Experience with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) appraisals
• Experience using SharePoint as a content management system
• Auditing experience
