Hey Everyone,

Here are the current rosters for the Blue Springs caving trip coming up the weekend of the 30th. There is currently a very high demand for the beginner trip so for this trip if you do not have dues paid or the waiver filled out you will be on the waiting list until you do. There are only a couple spots left and they will be given to the first people that have everything turned in.

Also if you have said that you will be driving and there is a red n in the Approved column next to your name you need to fill out the driving waiver.

If you still need to fill out a form or pay dues there are instructions for everything at the bottom of this email.

Please let me know if you are not on this list and want to go or if you think there is some kind of mistake.

To fill out a release form, go to go.utk.edu, click on VOL link, click enter, click organizations, find the canoe and hiking club, go to forms, and its the only one. Fill it out and make sure to hit submit at the end.

Driver Form

To fill out a release form, go to go.utk.edu, click on VOL link, click enter, click organizations, find Sport Clubs, go to forms, and its Personal Vehicle Driver Policy and Agreement 2015-2016. Fill it out and make sure to hit submit at the end.
