If you, or anyone you know, is working in Conservation Genetics, with a degree in Genetics, please circulate this widely so we can fill this GS 12/13 position. It is open to all candidates, including those not currently working for the federal government.

thanks for any help you can provide. this is an awesome job with great potential. the position was formerly held by Dr. Greg Moyer, who moved home to PA

Everyone,

I wanted to give you all a heads up that we will be advertising for our Regional Geneticist position beginning on Feb 16th. Due to our previous low amount of best qualified applicants, I was hoping that you might be able to let anyone you know who might be interested in the position that it will be advertising soon. Hopefully this time we can a large pool of best qualified candidates and hire a highly qualified individual.

Attached is a draft version of the advertisement. The actual advertisement will be slightly different, but this should give people a good idea of the position to see if they would be interested.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and feel free to forward to anyone who you might feel is interested.

Thanks,

William Wayman
