iConference 2016 Seeks Student Volunteers
The iConference has issued a call for student volunteers to assist at iConference 2016 in Philadelphia. Those selected as volunteers will receive a complimentary conference registration and other benefits.
Student volunteers will serve a number of functions including assistance with during registration, plenary and breakout sessions. Complete details can be found on the iConference’s Student Volunteer webpage at

To apply, students should complete the
online application form by November 30, 2015. Decisions will be announced in mid-December. Students from any institution are invited to apply, and can be at the undergraduate, master’s or Ph.D. level.
iConference 2016 will take place March 20-23, 2016, in Philadelphia, PA, USA. It is presented by the iSchools organization and hosted by the
College of Computing & Informatics at Drexel University. This year’s theme of “Partnership with Society” examines the dynamic, evolving role of information science and today’s iSchool movement, and the benefits to society.
