SIS is preparing for its 2016 accreditation review by the American Library Association (ALA). Your help in completing this brief survey about the School is extremely valuable
to the accreditation process. Your responses will be completely anonymous, and any identifying information you share will be removed prior to data analysis and will not be included in the SIS Program Presentation document. The information you share will be
