UF salaries have not changed. However, we do have a new tool to help us determine the starting salary for new agents that takes into account education, prior experience, cost of living differential, etc. I'll bring that. And we are in the middle of developing new agent classifications and restructuring how we serve the citizens throughout the state (regional agents, state-wide agents, etc.).
