Location: Lexington, KY.  Fayette County is in Central Kentucky.

The College of Agriculture, Food And Environment Field Programs Unit of UK Cooperative Extension seeks an Agriculture Extension Director Associate (Director of County Operations). The Agriculture Extension Director Associate (Director of County Operations) will provide leadership for all aspects of budget development, communication of Extension programs, policy development and interpretation, oversee hiring procedures, coordinate agent performance review process, develop training, and provide direct support to Extension District Directors. The position will also provide leadership to the State Extension Advisory Council System, and oversee special projects relevant to the organizational mission.

Five years’ experience, including experience as County Agent and/or District Director in Cooperative Extension Service. Administrative experience strongly preferred.
