Join us tomorrow - Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 11 am in the BAKER CENTER READING ROOM (off the 
Rotunda) for a fun Baker Cafe.  Dr. Krista Wiegand (Baker Fellow in Global Security & 
Political Science Prof) will share her "Wonderful Adventure" from the spring!  She was on the 
faculty for "Semester at Sea" and traveled to many ports around the world, teaching 
students about global security and territorial issues, along with students and faculty from 
across the US.  Don't miss it!

NEXT Monday, Oct. 12, 5:30 pm --AT THE HODGES LIBRARY AUDITORIUM --we will welcome 
Steve Sin, a researcher from the Univ. of Maryland ant the National Consortium for the 
Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism.  He will give a Global Security Lecture:  
"Searching for the Nuclear Silk Road"  -  don't miss it!   NOTE this lecture is NOT in the 
Toyota Auditorium, but in the HODGES LIBRARY AUDITORIUM on the 1st floor of Hodges 
Library (one level below the STARBUCKS and COMMONS). 

Of course mark your calendars for former Prime Minister of Japan Yasuo Fukuda on October 
28, 5:30 pm, Toyota Auditorium, for a tribute to Senator Baker and the new Howard Baker 
Memorial Lecture hosted by the Japanese Embassy.
