Subject: [SISPHDSTUDENTS] Congratulations to Danielle Pollock on receiving ASIS&T IG USE Travel Award

Danielle Pollock, doctoral student in the CCI program, has received the American Association for Information Science & Technology (ASIS&T) SIG USE (Special Interest Group in Information Seeking and Use) Travel Award. The Award is competitive and Danielle’s application was amongst the strongest. Members of the jury wrote to Danielle:  “Your statement was clear, articulated the relevance of your work to information behaviour and the conference theme, specified your methods and was supported by appropriate references…”  Danielle will receive the Award at the ASIS&T Annual Meeting to be held in St. Louis, MO  in November.

Please join me in congratulating Danielle on receiving this award.
