It all started in a closet. What was once just an idea for Brandi King, a 2015 Haslam College of Business graduate, is now a reality. Her company, Rentique, officially opens its doors this week. Arborist Works to Preserve Ash Trees on Campus Landscape Services arborist Sam Adams has been working diligently to save campus trees from an invasive insect. The emerald ash borer, an exotic beetle that can kill an ash tree in as little as three years, was first documented in East Tennessee in 2010 and has affected all ash trees on campus. Read more...
