Engineers Improving Safety, Reliability of Batteries
The next big step forward in the quest for sustainable, more efficient energy is within reach, thanks to research being led by Joshua Sangoro, an assistant professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering. Sangoro heads a group devoted to the study of soft materials and is developing a new kind of electrolyte that cuts down on many of the problems with lithium ion batteries. Read more...

The Center for Career Development is expanding its presence in the library, and the Scholars' Collaborative brings people and resources together for innovation.
