The University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture is excited to be hosting this year's conference at the newly completed Dollywood DreamMore Resort in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We are planning an interesting and memorable conference for you, and we hope you'll be joining us this Fall for some beautiful fall scenery, gracious southern hospitality, an informative meeting, and great networking with your colleagues!

Cost: $300.00 for Early Bird Registration until September 1. After September 1, the regular registration cost is $350.00. Registration closes October 1.

The special group rate is $155.00, which will also be available two days before and two days after the conference. Make sure that you make your reservation by September 14.

Transportation Information

Airport shuttles are available from McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) from Rocky Top Tours. Prices range from $40-65 per person for transportation, depending on the number of people. Call or visit their website to book your shuttle with Rocky Top Tours directly. (877) 315-8687

 

The hotel provides free shuttles to and from DollyWood. From there, a trolley that takes you to destinations in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg can be taken for only $0.50 per ride or $2.50 for an all day trolley pass. For route information, visit their website. 

 

 

Discounts and Amenities

 

The hotel has a full service restaurant featuring American and regional cuisine with prices averaging $15 for dinner entrees. In addition, there is also a Pantry, featuring meals and snacks to go, fresh baked goods, and Starbucks coffee. 

If you are looking for some relaxation, the hotel has a full service spa and salon. 

Discounted tickets can be purchased at the hotel's ticket office for DollyWood and Dixie Stampede. A 2 day pass for DollyWood is available for $57 for resort guests, a significant discount from regular price for 2 days in the park. Dixie Stampede tickets are available for $44.99, which reflects a savings of over $10.

40th Annual Fall Craftsmen's Fair  October 8-25

Over 180 of the finest craftspeople from all over the United States demonstrate their skill, answer questions and offer their unique art for sale. 

The fair is 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except for Sunday, which is 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission for adults is $7; children 12 and under are admitted free.

The Gatlinburg Convention Center is located at Traffic Light #8 in downtown Gatlinburg.
