The Federal Highway Administration’s Office of Freight Management and Operations is looking for an Operations Research Analyst to join its Freight Analysis and Research Team.  This position manages the development of the Freight Analysis Framework (FAF) forecasting and network modeling elements, conducts analysis on current and future trends and demand for freight transportation, and leads the development of freight analyses and the application of major data sources to support freight transportation planning, policy formulation, and legislative recommendations to improve the multimodal flow of goods.

 

The FHWA Freight Office is looking for a diverse pool of qualified candidates for this Washington D.C.-based position.
