April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month,
and the Center for Health Education and Wellness is kicking off a series of events with the
first Hike the Hill in Heels event at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 1. All participants are
encouraged to wear high heels as they hike from the Torchbearer to the Hill to promote
sexual assault awareness. Learn more about ways
you can participate in the hike.

whether you are taking a trip or just spending some relaxing time at home, you deserve
a break! If you plan to travel, take a look at some tips to help you be safe and return to campus recharged and ready for the
rest of the semester.

Learn how to have fun while staying safe
wherever spring break takes you. REI, the UT Outdoor Program, the OUTreach Center,
the Women’s Coordinating Council, the Student Health Center, and the HABIT
dogs will be part of the event from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. tomorrow in the UC
Ballroom. Stop by for free food and a T-shirt. You can also bring your unused, unwanted,
or expired medications to be collected by the Knoxville Police Department for proper
disposal.

The third annual Pie Day fundraiser is set
for 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. this Wednesday on Pedestrian Walkway. You’ll have the
chance to pie some of your faculty and staff members to support UT’s Alternative
Spring Break Program for just $2 a pie.

It’s the time of year for the annual
re-registration of student organizations with the Office of the Dean of Students and the
Center for Student Engagement. Officers must complete your organization’s re-
registration by May 15. To access your re-registration form, visit your
organization’s VOLink profile and
click the “register” button. If “register” does not appear
under your organization’s profile, a re-registration has already been submitted.

Did you know a single blood donation can
save up to three lives? Join the men of Omega Psi Phi, Beta Theta Pi, and Iota Phi Theta
fraternities to give blood from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. this Wednesday in the Black
Cultural Center Multipurpose Room. All donors will receive a free T-shirt and a coupon for
a free appetizer.
