This is the second announcement for the conference: Geometry and Topology: A conference in honor of Martin Bendersky's seventieth birthday and in commemoration of our friend and colleague Sam Gitler. It is planned that the proceedings of the conference will be contained in a special volume of the Boletín de la Sociedad Matemática Mexicana dedicated to Sam Gitler. The volume will not be restricted to conference participants, all mathematicians are invited to submit high quality papers. Princeton is accessible easily from Newark Airport. The Nassau Inn, which is particularly convenient, offers a Princeton Mathematics Department discount . A phone number for the special discount is available at the conference website. There is also a link to the less expensive Palmer Inn on Route One which offers a discount too. (If you choose another hotel on Route 1, please ensure that it has a shuttle to the University.) Modest funding is available for graduate students. Requests should be made at the time of registration. Please check that your announcement (especially the website) is correct. Corrections will be approved only in the most critical situations, e.g. if corrected information is not available on the website.
