The final meeting of the Sexual Assault and
Misconduct Task Force will be held at noon today in the University
Center’s Shiloh Room. Task force members encourage everyone with an interest in this
issue to attend. The goal is to submit a final draft of the policy to Chancellor Cheek by
February 20.

Join the Minority Enhancement for the
University of Tennessee (ME4UT) team to aid the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in
recruiting and building relationships with multicultural students. Team members promote
diversity through the planning and implementation of overnight visit programs, campus
tours, school presentations, and other on-campus programming. Applications are due Monday, March 2.

Soon-to-be-graduates can stop by Grad
Finale next week to purchase everything they need for graduation, including caps and
gowns, announcements, and even class rings. There will be a 20 percent discount on caps
and gowns and diploma frames. The event is from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. February 17
through 19 in the UC Ballroom.

David Cobb, Troy Provost-Heron, and
Dargan Southard jokingly call themselves the “bro-migos” of journalism. Now these three
friends, all students in the School of Journalism and Electronic Media, have hit a grand
slam in the internship world: Each has won a coveted internship to write for Major League

The Center for Leadership and Service is
teaming up with schools in the community to commemorate Dr. Seuss’s birthday
by participating in the “Read Across America” Day of Service on Monday,
March 2. Volunteers will be heading to local schools, libraries, and centers to read for a
one-hour shift. If you want to participate but need a ride, indicate that on the registration
