Congratulations to UTK Geography's "I Have a Dream Team" on their outstanding representation of the Department of Geography at yesterday’s Race Against Racism 5k! The race was hosted by the YWCA of Knoxville and has been an annual event on MLK Weekend since 2000.

 

Participants included Dr. Josh Inwood, Dr. Kelsey Ellis, and PhD students Julie McKnight and Matt Cook, along with friends of UTK Geography - Dr. Olivia Yinger (University of Kentucky), Tim Yinger and Jackson Audley. The team won Fastest Team and 3rd Largest Team. Many team members placed in their age group, and Jackson won the overall race!
