Job Announcement
The Joel A. Katz Law Library has an open position in the technical services department (Senior Library Associate III, Pay Grade 37). This position adds new titles and volumes to the catalog, checks in serials, processes new materials, and
other technical services responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum/Required Qualifications
·
Associate Degree with one year of relevant library experience or a high school diploma with at least four years of relevant library experience. (Two years of experience in a related area equates to one year of education)
·
Knowledge of integrated library systems
·
Familiarity with cataloging tools
·
Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word
·
Excellent communication and follow-through skills
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
·
Experience with electronic resources
·
Experience with continuing and integrating resources (serials and loose-leaf publications)
