I am looking for information from you on starting salary ranges for NON-TENURE track Extension Specialists.  I am really interested in any base salary minimums for education (MS and PhDs) and if you indicate a value per year for experience beyond education.  We have started hiring these positions as NTTF in the academic departments and would like a basis for consistency of determining salaries.
