1.       Are you a new comer to UT’s program assessment process?

On October 28^th and October 29^th, from 9:30-11 a.m. the Tennessee Teaching and Learning Center and the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment are sponsoring workshops to help those with new assessment responsibilities become familiar with UT’s student learning outcome assessment process. Over 20 people have already signed up. Join them by registering here!

 

2.       What are you doing this year to assess learning in your program? Do you need help polishing a rubric, making the most of qualitative data, or mapping your outcomes onto your curriculum?

On November 12 and 13, the Tennessee Teaching and Learning, the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, and the Office of the Associate Vice Provost for Accreditation will be co-sponsoring two assessment roundtables for faculty who would like to get help with some aspect of assessment in their program. Be on the look-out for an upcoming invitation!
