Dear Colleagues, I would like to advertise a Conference on "Stratified spaces in geometric and computational topology and physics", to be held at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, during March 30 - April 2, 2015. The main topics of the conference are: a) Codimension two embedding theory (knots and hypersurface singularities) b) Characteristic classes of singular varieties c) Singular spaces in mathematical physics d) Stratified spaces in computation topology The conference is dedicated to Julius Shaneson's 70th birthday. Please check that your announcement (especially the website) is correct. Corrections will be approved only in the most critical situations, e.g. if corrected information is not available on the website.
