To Club Geography Students:
Below is information about a study abroad opportunity in Shanghai. It is led by Dr. Wang, Associate Professor of Geography at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. The study abroad program will take place from May 8 to May 23, 2015. The price of the program is $2,595 including tuition, lodging and meals (airfare is an additional expense). This is a rare opportunity to go on a study abroad program at another university while paying in-state tuition.

Attached please find the materials for the Shanghai Study-abroad program: The course information and the flyer. I already talked to the international office here. If you have students joining us, they will pay the
same cost as our own students (but we will need their transcript): $2,595 including tuition and lodging/meals, so the extra cost is only the air fare. Here is the website for the program https://edabroad.uncc.edu/
From our international office: The application deadline is January 30th, and the enrollment deadline is February 6th. Applicants must have a passport by the enrollment deadline of February 6th, as ECNU needs their passport information soon after that date in order to issue invitation letters which the students must use to apply for a Chinese visa.
