MSU – Extension Service is revising how new Agent salaries, with relevant work experience, is determined.
Example: If a new agent is hired with a BS Degree and no experience, the starting salary is $35,000. However, how much does a new agent with a BS Degree and two years relevant experience receive? Do any of you have a formula you are willing
to share?
