This is a fully funded program of study of the following languages: Azerbaijani, Bangla, Hindi, Indonesian, Korean, Punjabi, Turkish, Urdu: Beginning through advanced levels; Arabic, Persian: Advanced beginning, intermediate and advanced levels; Chinese, Japanese, Russian: Intermediate and advanced levels. The period of study is ten weeks, at an overseas institution. You must be a US citizen to apply.
