Confucius Institute and UT Department of History will co-sponsor a special lecture, Reinterpreting Confucianism for the Modern World, in the Hodges Library Auditorium at 2-4 pm today (Sept. 23rd, Tuesday) to celebrate the Global Confucius Institute Day and UT International Education Week.  A reception will be held at 2:00 – 2:30 PM today in the hallway outside the Hodges Library Auditorium to showcase a “Chinese Culture Display”.  The lecture presented by Prof. Shellen Wu of History will start at 2:30 PM.  We'd like to invite you to join us at the reception and the lecture.  A poster of the lecture is attached for your information.

Visitor parking is available in the Volunteer Hall garage, located at 1545 White Ave, at the published rates and also at parking meters located on City of Knoxville Streets.
