Duties & Responsibilities |
Acting as an assistant to the Harvard Film Archive Director and HFA Film Curator, this position works on HFA Special Collections while also providing research and administrative support
to the HFA Cinematheque. Charged with answering research inquiries about HFA Special Collections, including inquiries related to Harvard courses, the Harvard Film Archive Assistant Curator works to ensure full access to HFA Special Collections through the
creation of Finding Aids and the on-line promotion of the HFA’s holdings. In addition, the Assistant Curator also helps with the research and execution of HFA Cinematheque programs. This new position will dramatically enhance the HFA's ability to process
and make available to researchers and classes special collections. Will need to work occasional evening and weekend hours. TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
