ALERT. This emergency text message notification system sends important
alerts and information to the campus community in case of an emergency or
weather-related closing or delay. If you are a returning student, check your UT

open house from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Find out how the library can
support your graduate research and teaching, meet your department’s
subject librarian, discover resources, and more.

Make sure to familiarize
yourself with UT’s drop policy before classes are in full swing.
You’re allowed four drops with a W during your academic career. You
can drop through the tenth day of class without receiving a W. If you decide
to drop after the ten-day period, your transcript will receive a W.

Engagement welcomed new assistant director Tyger Glauser over the summer.
Tyger received her masters degree from UT. She’ll be advising the
Cultural Attractions Committee, All Campus Events, and Volapalooza. Read
