We are currently looking for campus employee's that primarily have desk jobs (example: administrative assistants) to help us determine the effects of 5-minute walking breaks throughout the work day on health markets such as blood pressure, cholesterol, body composition and fitness levels. Individuals must be between 40-65 years of age, not currently participating in an exercise program, and meet body composition/health criteria which will be determined by a research assistant.
