We install QuickTime on public machines but not iTunes. We are starting to also include VLC but that is mostly so we can get away from Real Player. ;) Other than it wanting to occasionally update, it's pretty quiet compared to some things out there. (Like Flash and Java.) A new resident came to our library with a book and DVD. The DVD requires QuickTime which we don't have in our computers. We use only Windows Media Player. It would against IT policy to install the QuickTime. I would like to get some feedback from you before I request the installation. Have a great weekend!
