Good morning - Looking for title information on the experiment station side of a faculty administrator for Leadership and Management over ALL the state research farm facilities (outlying units). We currently have a NTTF position - Director, Outlying Units over the Directors, Res/Ext Centers located throughout the state. The Outlying Units Director provides supervision, strategic direction and leadership (budget & resource management) to all the units; however, responsibility not covered by the Director is the decision making of priority of research programs conducted on-site at farms. Let me know if your comparable position also has this responsibility and whether there are 1 or 2 positions in your structure (we have had 2 positions in the past).
