Did you know that Shelby County has Master Gardeners that are taking horticulture activities out into the community and using them with special needs populations?  We currently serve 3 different agencies on a regular basis: a day program for women with developmental disabilities, and 2 dementia day and inpatient programs. The Memphis Botanic Garden is offering training on Horticultural Therapy and horticultural outreach on July 31st and Aug 1st.
