All, Several of you reported that the Waldorf Astoria had charged your credit cards for your first night's stay during our conference this coming October. Our contract explicitly said they would not do that. We have communicated with the hotel and they are going to remove those charges from your cards. You should see that shortly. I didn't want you to think that your reservations had been cancelled. They are still secure. Let me know if you have any problems.
