Subject: [I] Women in GIS - add to the map!

Attention all women in GIS, from students to professionals!  Please consider helping to spread the word about a nascent effort by Dr. Linda Loubert of Morgan State University is attempting a crowd sourced map of women in GIS. It would be great to see this map dotted with hundreds of potential role models!  Let’s see how many we can identify in Tennessee.

Linda is asking women working with GIS, in the GIS industry, teaching GIS, or GIS student to contribute to a map.  Please share this email with other GIS minded women you know.

Open the map using the link below, and then add your information by clicking the Edit button (), choose the appropriate symbol designation for yourself, and add your dot and enter the appropriate information.  Please don’t add someone else without their permission!

Thank you. Questions and comments should go to Dr. Linda Loubert, Morgan State University ([log in to unmask])
