Job Summary/Responsibilities:     Full-time tenure track position to lead our active and successful archives specialization. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching two courses each semester including Principles of Archives Management, Electronic Description of Archival Materials, Preservation Management of Physical Records, Management of Electronic Records, Advanced Archival Appraisal and/or Advanced Archival Access. We are looking for an energetic scholar who enjoys teaching and mentoring students to join our faculty in August, 2014.

The Assistant/Associate Professor will teach graduate classes and develop program of research, scholarship and grantsmanship consistent with the mission of the School and a Research-Very High institution.

Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in an appropriate field; ABD candidates may apply. A record of excellence in research & publishing; demonstrated ability to teach effectively.

Desired Qualifications: Experience with emerging tools and software in the field; experience with online instruction; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
