I can tell you it is a phenomenal recruitment tool and has lead us to being much more racially diverse.  Getting ready to head to State Ext Conference right now.

Mississippi State University Extension Service is in the preliminary stages of creating an internship program.  If any of you have an Extension Internship program and are willing to share ideas, please send an email to [log in to unmask].   I would like more information on how to get county offices involved and the impact that the internship program has had on recruiting Extension Agents in your area.
