Apologies for this extensive list, but the days seem to fly by and I wanted to 
make sure you were aware of these programs, with a little advance notice! I 
will send out reminders and there are more events in April!  

Just a few notes about the following events:  

-  We will be a streaming site from Oak Ridge National Lab for the *Wigner 
Lectures.

-  We are hosting a new series - "Baker Cafe" - a time to hear from BC 
faculty/fellows and others on their area of expertise and policy in an informal 
setting.
 
-   We are helping the UT Economics Club in a competition ("It's Up to Us") with 
15 other colleges to inform and educate students about the Federal budget and 
national debt.

-  The Energy & Environmental Forum returns for 4 new sessions

2/12    6:30 pm  Inequality for All 
Help the UT Econ Club win the national It’s Up to Us competition (dealing with 
the national debt) as we watch this award-winning film with former Labor 
Secretary, Robert Reich, as he explores the widening economic gap in the 
United States. With support from UT Libraries and UT Law College.

2/19    5:15 pm  Principles & Priorities (Federal budget simulation) 
Help the UT Econ Club and join us to balance the budget!  A federal budget 
negotiation simulation designed by the Concord Coalition will provide a better 
sense of the forces which impact fiscal policy decisions. With support from UT
