Subject: Map Collection Moving Back to Hoskins Library

Dear Geography Department,

The remainder of the map collection will be moving back to Hoskins Library at the end of the Spring Semester 2014. As you probably know, half of the map collection (not heavily used) was relocated back to Hoskins Library last year in order to make room for the OneStop Service office area. The entire collection will once again be together in one place on the 2^nd Floor of Hoskins Library in rooms 200 and 219, and it will be staffed and remain accessible to the public after the relocation takes place. I am happy that the collection will be together again. Once the move is complete, Eric Arnold and I will remain in Hodges Library to focus efforts on geospatial services (GIS assistance, geospatial data, other). The Ground Floor of Hodges Library will become a study space and an overflow space for the OneStop Service during busy times. I will keep all of you informed with any news as it becomes available to me.
