School of Library, Archival and Information Studies (SLAIS), The iSchool at The University of British Columbia, is headed to the Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) Annual Meeting in Montreal, Quebec, November 1 – 5.
Representatives from the iSchool@UBC will be participating in the following presentations:
On Saturday, November 2, Caroline Haythornthwaite, Director and Professor, will be delivering the keynote presentation, “Expertise on the Move,” as part of the conference workshop, “Information Behavior on
the Move: Information Needs, Seeking, and Use in the Era of Mobile Technologies,” organized by Mega Subramaniam and Beth St. Jean.

On Sunday, November 3, Professor Heather O’Brien, Rafa Absar and Devon Greyson will be panelists on the topic, “Exploring the Complexities of Information Practices through Arts-Based Research.”
