This email will tell you where you stand as to whether you are good to go on the trip this weekend so be sure you check to see what your status is. Attached is the Fall Bash Checklist so be sure you check that out also.
Everything is due by TOMORROW (Thursday) at 4:30PM. We are sorry but if you have not completed everything by that time we can not make any exceptions.
Sport Clubs Release Form Instructions
Go to the
Go System Homepage at (
https://utk.collegiatelink.net/) and log-in using your Net-ID and password. Then click on "Organizations" (if you have not already
become a member of the page) and search for "Canoe and Hiking" - become a member. When you have become a member go to the club page and click "Forms" on the left side of the page and there will be a link to the "Sport Clubs Release Form". Fill this form
out in its entirety and you are good to go.
You must fill this form if you are wanting to go on ANY trip.
Personal Driver Form Instructions
Secondly, if you can drive or are driving this weekend you MUST fill out the "Personal Vehicle and Driver Policy Agreement" form on the Sport Clubs page. To get to the Sport Clubs page click on "Organizations" and search for "Sport Clubs".
Go to their page and click the "Forms" tab on the left side of the page and the "Personal Vehicle and Driver Policy Agreement" will be available for you to fill out. Again you MUST fill this form out if you are going to be driving this weekend.
If everyone goes we need at least 16 drivers so if you can drive it is greatly appreciated and you can be reimbursed (if you fill out the aforementioned form). It will be better to have more than enough than not.
**If you can/are driving please post something on the FB and/or Go System page about it and how many spots you have.**
Dues
If you owe dues you must pay them by
4:30PM tomorrow. Dues are
$35 for the semester or
$50 for the year. If you have not paid them you can go by the Sport Clubs office in the TRECS. If you do not know how to get there their phone number is (865) 974-0492. You can also pay
Kyle
Goodrick. If you are going to pay Kyle then you need to let him know before 10AM tomorrow so that he can plan a time to meet you.
