The University of Maryland's College of Information Studies, Maryland' s iSchool, is currently accepting applications from prospective students interested in pursuing doctoral-level research in the field of information studies. This year, funding in the form of fellowships, scholarships and assistantships is available to support students interested in the following research areas:

Located near Washington, DC, Maryland's iSchool offers unparalleled opportunities for students to pursue research-oriented careers. Students learn to conduct original research through one-on-one mentoring relationships with faculty members in diverse disciplines such as computer science, human-computer interaction, information policy, information science and information systems.
