SJSU SLIS Faculty Joins Library 2.013 Conference Presenters Group

 

It may be summer break, but faculty members at the nationally ranked San
Jose State University School of Library and Information Science (SJSU SLIS)
have been busily preparing their presentation proposals for the upcoming

scheduled for October 18-19, 2013.

 

The open online conference features

Presentations by the SJSU SLIS faculty members will cover evolving roles and
opportunities for information professionals, learning commons, digital

Conference is an all-inclusive conference, connecting information
professionals from all over the world. The participatory conference will be
held entirely online in multiple time zones and languages beginning Friday,
October 18, 2013, at 7 am Pacific Time, with the opening keynote presented
by  <http://slisapps.sjsu.edu/facultypages/view.php?fac=hirshs> Dr. Sandra
Hirsh, professor and director at the San Jose State University School of
Library and Information Science.
