Just a reminder about the upcoming meeting. Hotel information is referenced below - all reservations should be made no later than August 26, 2013.
However, we need to make sure that everyone is registered for the conference by August 8. Stacey and I have to let our contact at the hotel know a final number
at the end of that week.

be held in Orange Beach Alabama, September 18 – 20, 2013.

The block is now open for reservations at $159 per night. The group's name when making your reservation in order to receive the special group
rate. All reservations should be made no later than August 26, 2013. Reservation requests received after this date will be subject to availability and higher rates and minimum stays may apply.
