Amanda, Attached is the pic you requested. It's the one used for the 1st ISR. As for your list....I suspect that you will find that ranaviruses are ubiquitous pathogens....and that wherever you look, you will likely find them....and if they appear to be absent in a given location it is because no one has looked, or if they looked they looked in the wrong place.
